Our Website Design Process
Our process begins with a thorough needs assessment, followed by a detailed proposal outlining the project scope, timeline, and costs. Upon acceptance, we guide you through client onboarding, design reveal, revisions, feature training, and ultimately, a successful website launch.
Detailed Proposal
Now that we've learned about the project details and scope, our team will prepare your proposal and send it over in the next 1 to 2 business days. Your proposal will include all of the relevant details you should need to help with your decision-making.

Client Onboarding
Should you decide to move ahead with the project, we'll introduce you to your client portal to begin the onboarding process.
Your client portal will you through the entire web development process and has been designed to make the experience as seamless as possible.
Through the portal, you'll submit the information and content we'll use to develop your website, learn how you can drive traffic, submit revisions and ultimately approve the design and launch.
Website Reveal
Once we've completed the first draft of your new website, we'll schedule a reveal meeting to demo the site page-by-page, discuss our design choices and highlight any included features.
We'll then move into the revisions stage of the project. If required, our team will work with you through several drafts to ensure that you're completely satisfied with every aspect of the design and functionality of your website.
Feature Training
After we have received website design approval, we'll reach out to schedule your feature training session. During this session, we'll train you and your team on how to confidently manage any included features on the website.
Once the meeting concludes, we will talk you through how to submit approval when you're ready to proceed with launching the website.
