Boostflow: Mistaken Identity
We have recently become aware of a number of individuals that have purchased items online, predominately face masks, through an e-commerce store and received a charge on their credit card with a description that reads "BOOSTFLOW BOOSTFLOW.COMCA". A number of orders have been paid for and not received.
We do not directly sell or take payment for any online products and have no association with the aforementioned charges. From our experience, all of these individuals are located in the southern-US. All of our clients are businesses located within the Maritime Provinces in Canada and pay us directly for services that we provide.
We strive to provide high-level customer service and take great pride in our work and the Boostflow name. We are very sorry to hear that someone using our business name is taking advantage of people during these challenging times. Please stay aware of where you're purchasing items online and only purchase from verified, reputable vendors.
