Managing Director & Co-Founder
As Managing Director and co-founder of Boostflow, Billy Mole brings over a decade of experience in marketing and business development. Before launching Boostflow, he led marketing operations for multiple dealerships within one of Canada’s largest automotive groups, where his strategic leadership helped redefine their approach to growth and customer engagement.
In 2018, Billy co-founded Boostflow to help businesses navigate the evolving world of digital marketing and web design. Under his direction, the agency has become a trusted partner for organizations seeking creative, results-driven solutions that strengthen their online presence.
Billy’s focus is on delivering personalized strategies that align with each client’s goals — combining smart design, clear communication, and measurable results to help businesses grow with confidence.
D'Andre Smith
Strategic Advisor & Co-Founder
As co-founder of Boostflow, D’Andre Smith spent over six years leading the company’s operations, product development, and strategic direction. From the beginning, his vision to transform how people shop locally helped shape projects that made a lasting impact on business communities across Canada. His leadership guided Boostflow’s growth and expanded its capabilities, enabling thousands of customers to shop online from their favourite local restaurants and retailers.
Though D’Andre has transitioned from day-to-day operations, he continues to support the company as a Strategic Advisor, providing high-level guidance to ensure Boostflow remains innovative and future-focused. His insight and commitment continue to influence the company’s growth as a trusted leader in web design and digital marketing.
Loki
Chief Barketing Officer
From his puppy days, Loki spent nearly three years as the heart and soul of our office, greeting visitors with tail wags and boosting team morale with his signature enthusiasm. Now that Boostflow has moved to a remote structure, Loki continues his important duties from home — offering support during Zoom calls, keeping spirits high, and ensuring everyone still takes those much-needed breaks.
Loki is a symbol of balance and joy, proving that a little playfulness can make even the busiest days brighter. His presence continues to brighten every workday, and we’re lucky to have him as a beloved part of the Boostflow family.
